Are you a seasoned IT sales leader who thrives in closing strategic, high-value deals and shaping enterprise solutions that deliver real business outcomes?
Join ADG, where innovation meets execution. We are looking for a Senior Sales Manager to lead our enterprise solution initiatives and drive growth through top-tier partnerships and complex IT architecture solutions.
🔧 What You’ll Do:
- Achieve and exceed annual revenue quota by closing high-value solution deals ($500K+).
- Engage and influence senior-level technical and business stakeholders.
- Translate customer business needs into tailored, scalable, and secure IT architectures (cloud, hybrid, on-prem).
- Demonstrate the business value of proposed solutions to advance customer outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal teams and SIs to craft and deliver enterprise-level solutions.
- Maintain a strong pipeline and accurate sales forecasts.
- Manage a portfolio of strategic accounts to ensure long-term success and satisfaction.
💼 What We Expect:
Technical Expertise
- Strong knowledge of enterprise-grade IT solutions and architectures.
- Solid understanding of cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure), cybersecurity, and data architecture.
- Enterprise Architecture design capabilities.
- Industry knowledge in Telco, ISP, or FSI is a plus.
Experience & Education
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
- Minimum of 10 years in technical fields such as software engineering, systems integration, or cloud architecture.
- Minimum of 5 years in a customer-facing sales or pre-sales role involving relationship selling.
- Proven success in closing large complex deals ($500K+).
Certifications (Preferred)
- Dell Technologies Architect
- AWS Solutions Architect
- Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect
Soft Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills with the ability to convey complex technical ideas to non-technical audiences.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on customer value.
- Leadership, collaboration, and team management abilities.
- Solid project management and organizational skills.
