Mechanism:
- Program is based on first come first serve basis.
- ME4 and SC and PowerEdge MX (AFPAK & VN only) downloaded in Q1FY21 with invoiced in Q2FY21 are not eligible revenue.
- Payout to all Dell T3 & T5 Enduser Accounts only, Back to Back deals only, within qualifying period.
- Payout basis sold to per Enduser account by each Partner Account Rep.
- Payout and attainment tabulation is based on partner account level only.
- Payout basis L-Dell invoiced and L-EMC bookings within qualifying period.
- Total Revenue for any 2 or 3 products =/> USD20,000 with single/ cumulative purchase orders within qualifying period
- Dell Technologies reserves the right to disqualify claim in the event of order cancellation and/or unqualified orders.
- Dell Technologies decision for payout is final.
