Position: Dell Technologies Product Consultant Engineer.
Base Location: ADG Hanoi Head Office

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze, build configurations, and compare similar products.
- Conduct product demos and Proof of Concepts (PoCs) for customers.
- Provide training/updates on solutions and products for customers and internal staff.
- Prepare materials and presentations for conferences and exhibitions.
- Attend conferences and events related to products and technology as assigned by the company.
- Participate in product and technology training courses and take professional certification exams as assigned and directed by the company.
Qualifications & Skills
- University degree (majoring in Information Technology, Electronics and Telecommunications, or related fields).
- Knowledge of computers, storage devices, and network devices.
- Knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems, virtualization (Vmware, Microsoft or similar).
- Knowledge of data backup and protection software is an advantage.
- Knowledge of system and device management software (Dell OpenManage or HPE Oneview or BMC) is an advantage.
- Certifications related to Servers / Storage / Network Devices from manufacturers such as Dell, HPE, Cisco, etc. are an advantage.
- Presentation skills, ability to present problems visually.
- Good communication skills with customers.
- English communication and reading comprehension skills.
- Proficiency in office computer software (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Acrobat, etc.).
