We are looking for a <strong>Senior Sales Manager<\/strong> to lead our enterprise solution initiatives and drive growth through top-tier partnerships and complex IT architecture solutions.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\ud83d\udd27<\/strong><strong> What You\u2019ll Do:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Achieve and exceed annual revenue quota by closing high-value solution deals ($500K+).<\/li>\n<li>Engage and influence senior-level technical and business stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Translate customer business needs into tailored, scalable, and secure IT architectures (cloud, hybrid, on-prem).<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrate the business value of proposed solutions to advance customer outcomes.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with internal teams and SIs to craft and deliver enterprise-level solutions.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain a strong pipeline and accurate sales forecasts.<\/li>\n<li>Manage a portfolio of strategic accounts to ensure long-term success and satisfaction.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\ud83d\udcbc<\/strong><strong> What We Expect:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Technical Expertise<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong knowledge of enterprise-grade IT solutions and architectures.<\/li>\n<li>Solid understanding of cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure), cybersecurity, and data architecture.<\/li>\n<li>Enterprise Architecture design capabilities.<\/li>\n<li>Industry knowledge in <strong>Telco<\/strong>, <strong>ISP<\/strong>, or <strong>FSI<\/strong> is a plus.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Experience &amp; Education<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s or Master\u2019s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of <strong>10 years<\/strong> in technical fields such as software engineering, systems integration, or cloud architecture.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of <strong>5 years<\/strong> in a customer-facing sales or pre-sales role involving relationship selling.<\/li>\n<li>Proven success in closing large complex deals ($500K+).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Certifications (Preferred)<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Dell Technologies Architect<\/li>\n<li>AWS Solutions Architect<\/li>\n<li>Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Soft Skills<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication in English.<\/li>\n<li>Strong interpersonal and influencing skills with the ability to convey complex technical ideas to non-technical audiences.<\/li>\n<li>Analytical mindset with a focus on customer value.<\/li>\n<li>Leadership, collaboration, and team management abilities.<\/li>\n<li>Solid project management and organizational skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\ud83c\udfaf<\/strong><strong> KPIs:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Pipeline growth<\/li>\n<li>Deal closure rate<\/li>\n<li>Customer acquisition<\/li>\n<li>Client satisfaction<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\ud83d\ude80<\/strong><strong> What You\u2019ll Get:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Competitive base + performance bonus<\/li>\n<li>Training &amp;
